 Rob's Reading List

The best books I have read over the last couple of years

Recursion - Mind bending story, likable characters, crazy twist half way through! Goodreads Choice Winner 2019.
Where the Forest Meets the Stars - May be best domestic drama ever, magical realism. You won't soon forget this story.
The Silent Patient - Excellent psychological thriller. you won't see the end coming. Goodreads Choice Winner 2019.

Blake Sakey Trilogy - Think TV series Heroes with better character development. This well executed.
Watchers - Sci-fi, a smart ass dog and characters to root for all wrapped in a butt load of suspense. This is s great read.
The Chain - One of the better plots in a long time.  Strong characters, great twists. You'll ask how does she get out of this.
Find Her - Best selling author doesn't disappoint. I'm picky about crime fiction. This one hits the mark. Strong characters.
Blank - Maybe the best character set of all these books. Very unique plot. Great YA read.
Runner - Retired special forces operative finds a child fleeing armed men. Fast-paced sci-fi, fantastic
  characters.
Seeing Red - Great dialogue, romantic tension (yeah, I'm a guy and I said that) and good ol' fashion intrigue.
Beckoner - Unique read with hints of Stephen King's Under the Dome - but way shorter fortunately.
Blood Drops - A well done collection of horror short stories but up-and-comer W B Welch. Hints of Stephen King.
